“Caitlin joined BA, Inc. in 2022 to head the Firm’s operations and practice development. She is actively involved in monitoring business operations and business development, as well as strategic growth planning. Prior to joining BA, Inc. Caitlin founded and managed a beverage company, leading all aspects of the business from strategic planning, marketing & branding, production, financial modeling, sales forecasting, budgeting, operations, as well as investor relations. After selling the company to an industry acquiror, Caitlin joined the BA, Inc. team full time. Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, she worked as an Electronic Trading Consultant at Fidelity Capital Markets. Caitlin received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and was a member of the Dartmouth College women’s soccer team. She currently lives in Duxbury, MA with her husband and 2 children.
