Carlo joined BA, Inc in 2021 as a Client Excellence Coordinator. Before BA, Inc. he worked in the business process outsourcing industry for over 10 years as an operations supervisor supporting multiple lines of business ranging from customer service, technical support, telecommunications, food, and health. He provided administrative, operations, workforce, and business support for clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

He received his degree in Secondary Education from the University of the Assumption in the Philippines.
