Rem joined BA, Inc. in May of 2022 as a Client Excellence Coordinator. Before joining BA, he worked in customer service for 5 years where he started as a Marketing Associate and Content Writer.

He also worked multiple roles as an operations supervisor, handling client escalations, data analysis and client communications.

Rem’s other interests include covering weddings and events as a freelance videographer/photographer.
