Fred Apaniada

Fred joined our expanding Client Excellence Coordination team in February 2022.  He has worked in the customer service / technical support industry for 7 years. He started in field support with various US based companies and then moved up to operations supervisor, providing support for international companies such as AT&T, Microsoft and Doordash.  He also has a small business entrepreneurial background running his own retail food business. 

Fred earned his degree in Information Technology from the Systems Technology Institute of the Philippines.
