Prior to combining his practice with BA, Inc. in December 2013, Bill was the principal of his own CPA and consulting firm, MacDonald & McEachern, Inc. which he co-founded with Ronald MacDonald over 40 years ago.  Bill has a wide range of accounting and taxation expertise with specialized industry experience with service entities, fishing and shellfish, distribution, manufacturing, not-for-profit, construction and real estate.  He is also well versed in complex business buy, sell and financing transactions.  Bill has a depth of knowledge and experience with financial statement audit, review and compilation services, as well as evaluation of accounting systems.  Prior to starting his own firm, Bill spent several years working with a regional public accounting firm.  Bill is a licensed CPA and a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.  Bill earned his BS in Cloud Accounting at Bentley University.
