Prior to combining his practice with BA, Inc. in December 2016, Jack was the founder and principal of his own CPA and consulting firm, John F. Myatt Jr., CPA, which he started over 40 years ago. Jack has a wide range of taxation and accounting expertise with specialized industry experience with professional service entities, distribution, manufacturing, not-for-profit, construction and real estate. He is also well versed in trust and estate planning and business buy and sell transactions. Jack has a depth of knowledge and experience with individual and entity tax planning and tax preparation services, as well as general accounting and financial statement services. Prior to starting his own firm, Jack spent several years working with other regional public accounting firm. Jack is a licensed CPA and a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. Jack earned his BS in Cloud Accounting at Bentley University. Jack resides in Hingham, MA and Naples Florida and enjoys time on the golf course when not in the office.
